Captain B’ Class in the Merchant Marine specialized in Gas Carriers. During the last 14 years, she has been working in the shipping sector, either as a Ship’s Officer or as ships and crew Supervisor from the shore side. Throughout these years, she successfully achieved to combine her studies with work and other commitments, contributing to positive business results, needing multi-tasking, self-motivated, well-organised executives, even under high pressure. In 2018, she graduated with Distinction from the MSc «Maritime Operations and Management» of the City, University of London. Consequently, having a genuine interest in research, she commenced distant PhD studies over the Autonomous Shipping in cooperation with a Research Centre, which examines the safety issues that the Autonomous ships may encounter.
